Training

Full on-site and remote training is available both at the time of installation and when new staff arrive. Training will be charged at our standard day rate.

Training is tailored to your requirements and users. You may have diet kitchen staff that will require half a days training to enable them to use EDM3000 with their job. At the other end of the scale you may have in-house ‘super users’ that wish to have training across the complete system and report generation. This may entail at least a weeks additional training.

We normally provide a written detailed quotation for each site, dependent on the size and complexity of the hospitals requirements.

Our trainers have extensive experience in the hospital environment and specifically the use of EDM within that environment. They are very happy to advise on the best use of the system within your department.
